To the fullest extent permitted by law, any disputes between you and Olairo will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, waiving your right to a jury trial or participation in class actions. By using the Site, you acknowledge and agree to this arbitration provision.

Limitations of Liability

Olairo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products, including lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold Olairo, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:

Product Warranty

Olairo proudly stands behind the quality of our products with a comprehensive warranty designed to protect your investment while maintaining the integrity of our brand. This Limited Warranty applies to all authentic Olairo products purchased directly from our website or authorized retailers.

Warranty Coverage
We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. During this warranty period, should your Olairo product prove defective, we will at our sole option either repair or replace the product with the same or comparable model.

What Is Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects including but not limited to: structural failures of frames, stitching defects, hardware malfunctions, and material flaws that render the product unusable for its intended purpose. The warranty applies only when the product has been used as intended and properly maintained according to our care instructions.

What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, commercial use, unauthorized modifications, exposure to extreme conditions beyond normal beach use, or failure to follow product care instructions. Normal wear and tear including fading from sun exposure, minor cosmetic scratches, or natural material patina are not considered defects. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are excluded from warranty coverage.

Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Service team at contact@amalfiplacepartners.com or submit a request through our contact page with your original proof of purchase and detailed photographs of the defect. Our team will evaluate your claim and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or other remedies at our sole discretion. You may be required to return the defective product for inspection.

Important Limitations and Disclaimers
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights which vary by jurisdiction. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Olairo disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products and shall not extend to any incidental or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Warranty Service
If your product requires warranty service, we will cover the cost of return shipping for the repaired or replacement item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Replacement products may vary slightly in color or material due to product improvements and availability. The warranty period for repaired or replaced products is not extended beyond the original warranty period.

This warranty constitutes the entire agreement between you and Olairo regarding product defects and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. Any changes to this warranty policy must be made in writing and signed by an authorized Olairo representative.

Returns and Refunds

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and comply with our Return Policy.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Olairo reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions, protecting against non-valid claims that could impact our business.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including logos, text, and imagery, is the exclusive property of Olairo or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Dispute Resolution
