At Olairo, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and transparent manner. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered, as well as what customers can expect regarding shipping costs and timelines.
All orders placed through the Olairo website are processed within one to two business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders are processed once payment has been successfully completed and verified. Customers will receive an order confirmation email after placing an order and a separate notification once the order has shipped.
Olairo currently ships orders within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to carrier restrictions on oversized items such as beach umbrellas.
Orders are shipped using reputable domestic carriers selected based on order size and destination. Standard shipping typically takes between three and seven business days after the order has been dispatched. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Oversized items, including beach umbrellas, may require specialized shipping services and may arrive separately from other items in the same order.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, shipping method selected, and the size and weight of the items ordered. Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed before the order is completed. Original shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the order is found to be defective or incorrect.
Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to twenty‑four hours to become active after the shipment has been dispatched.
If an order arrives damaged, customers must contact Olairo within forty‑eight hours of delivery by emailing Olairo@olairo.com and providing photographs of the damage, along with the order number. If a shipment appears to be lost or significantly delayed, customers are encouraged to contact us so we can assist in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
Olairo is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees, and delivery times may be delayed.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error made by Olairo. For approved warranty repairs or replacements, Olairo covers the shipping cost for the repaired or replacement item sent back to the customer. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
This Shipping Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in shipping practices, carrier availability, or legal requirements. The most current version of the policy will always be available on our website.
