Product Warranty
Olairo proudly stands behind the quality of our products with a comprehensive warranty designed to protect your investment while maintaining the integrity of our brand. This Limited Warranty applies to all authentic Olairo products purchased directly from our website or authorized retailers.
Warranty Coverage
We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. During this warranty period, should your Olairo product prove defective, we will at our sole option either repair or replace the product with the same or comparable model.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects including but not limited to: structural failures of frames, stitching defects, hardware malfunctions, and material flaws that render the product unusable for its intended purpose. The warranty applies only when the product has been used as intended and properly maintained according to our care instructions.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, commercial use, unauthorized modifications, exposure to extreme conditions beyond normal beach use, or failure to follow product care instructions. Normal wear and tear including fading from sun exposure, minor cosmetic scratches, or natural material patina are not considered defects. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are excluded from warranty coverage.

Warranty Service
If your product requires warranty service, we will cover the cost of return shipping for the repaired or replacement item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Replacement products may vary slightly in color or material due to product improvements and availability. The warranty period for repaired or replaced products is not extended beyond the original warranty period.
