Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Olairo, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. This Returns and Exchanges Policy explains how returns, exchanges, refunds, and warranty claims are handled when you shop with us.

Return Eligibility

Olairo accepts returns on most items within thirty days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags, packaging, and components included. A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a full refund.

Certain items are not eligible for return. These include final sale products, items purchased from unauthorized retailers, and products that show damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

Special Requirements for Beach Umbrellas

Due to their size and construction, beach umbrellas must be returned in their original carton with all protective packaging, base components, and accessories included. A restocking fee may apply to umbrella returns to help cover handling and shipping costs. This fee is waived if the return is the result of a manufacturing defect or an error made by Olairo.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange, customers must contact Olairo Customer Service at Olairo@olairo.com within thirty days of delivery. Once the return request is approved, detailed instructions for returning the item will be provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of shipment until the return is fully processed.

Refund Processing

Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within five to seven business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Original shipping charges and expedited shipping fees are non‑refundable. If a returned item shows signs of use, damage, or missing components, Olairo reserves the right to issue a partial refund or decline the return.

Exchanges

Exchanges require the return of the original item following the standard return process. After the returned item is received and approved, the replacement item will be shipped. If the requested replacement is unavailable, Olairo will contact the customer to either offer an alternative or issue a refund. Due to inventory fluctuations, availability of specific colors or styles cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an order arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact Olairo within forty‑eight hours of delivery by emailing Olairo@olairo.com. The message should include the order number, clear photographs of the issue, and a brief description of the problem. Verified defective items will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer.

Limited Product Warranty

All Olairo products are covered by a one‑year limited warranty that begins on the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship that affect the product’s intended use. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic changes such as fading from sun exposure, damage caused by misuse or improper care, commercial use, unauthorized modifications, or products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

To submit a warranty claim, customers must contact Olairo@olairo.com with proof of purchase and photographs of the defect. If the claim is approved, Olairo will repair or replace the product at its discretion. Replacement or repaired items do not extend the original warranty period.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non‑refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. For approved warranty repairs or replacements, Olairo covers the return shipping cost for the serviced or replacement item.

Policy Updates

This Returns and Exchanges Policy may be updated periodically to reflect operational or legal changes. The most current version of the policy will always be available on the Olairo website. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
